Exchange Policy

We are happy to provide an exchange for the following conditions,
If you receive a product that doesn't match your size or color preference due to a mistake (e.g., selecting the wrong size or color), you will be bare the fees for the return shipping costs for the exchange. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact, within 10 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind. All sales are considered final. Please contact us by Whatsapp to arrange an exchange.  
For customized items, returns and exchanges are not applicable.

Refunds

Our policy does not offer refunds; however, we are happy to provide an exchange for your purchase. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, with all tags attached, within the specified return period
The policies mentioned above apply exclusively to ready-to-wear products. For customized items, returns and exchanges are not applicable. However, alterations can be made to the purchased item. Please specify the required changes using the Alteration form, and ensure the product is shipped back to us within 10 working days of receipt.

Alterations

The item must be shipped back to us within 10 working days of receipt. We offer two free alterations on purchased items. If a third alteration is needed, we will provide a quote based on the work required.
For international alteration requests, please be aware that shipping fees are not covered by us; customers will be responsible for these costs. Please refer to our shipping fees on our information page.

Damage and Defects

If you have damaged an item purchased from us, please feel free to contact us through whatsapp to arrange for an estimate for the repair cost.
